Born out of the idea of reviving vineyards and abandoned areas that were once successful with the Grenache variety, this dynamic company is the work of Raul Acha, a big fan of Grenache himself. This cuvée, named Garnacha Fosca (fosca meaning «dark»), comes from a terroir within the noble DOCa Priorat, in Catalonia. Powerful and tannic, this red displays flavours of black cherry, anise and a hint of oak, while remaining well-balanced. A few years in the cellar will do wonders and allow it to express itself in all its glory.
