El Escoces Volante –The flying Scotsman– is the nickname of Norrel Robertson, one of only two «Masters of Wine» living in Spain. Before he adopted the country and travelled throughout the land in search of the best high-altitude terroirs, his services were requisitioned by several estates from the most prestigious regions of the world (Italy, France, Chile, Australia). Superb Grenache, rich, complex and persistent with a palate characterized by notes of licorice, pepper, black fruits and cocoa.
