Of the 21 hectares that make up Domaine Besson, a little less than 3 are under the Petit Chablis appellation. Aged on lees in stainless steel tanks for 8 to 12 months, this wine sees no oak barrels. The approach is mineral, saline and awoken by a tension specific to the appellation. This wine also evokes green apple, lemon in a substantial length.
