The cuvée benefits from manual harvest and meticulous sorting, along with a 14-month aging in barrels, divided equally between new casks and casks of one wine. The wine displays aromas of plum, red berries, coffee and undergrowth. Supple and elegant, it's the perfect match for grilled red meats.
