The Green Spot was traditionally used to identify whiskey casks according to the desired maturation period, 10 years in this case. Combining 7 and 10-year-old eaux-de-vie matured in sherry and bourbon casks, this whiskey also adds a 12-month maturing period in Zinfandel casks from renowned California wine Chateau Montelena. Citrus, red fruits, apple, marzipan and toasted oak define the velvety and persistent mouthfeel.
