    Established in the alpine region of South Tyrol in northern Italy, the fifth generation is currently at the head of this family estate, entirely self-sufficient thanks to its own hydro-electric turbine. Fresh and invigorating, the mouth gives way to a highly digestible ensemble featuring flavours of tangerine, chamomile and linden, fading on a delicate mineral note.
