Discovery of the year 2015 of “La Revue du vin de France”, Julien Sunier vinified alongside pioneers of top-notch Gamay (Chauvet, Métras, Lapierre and Foillard) before starting his own business. A follower of organic and natural wines, he likes to remind us that "wine is the memory of grapes" and that we must therefore take care of the soil.
