Blend of saison-type beer aged in part in neutral cognac barrels with the skins of Cabernet Franc for 8 months, the remainder having been aged in stainless steel vats with blackberries and strawberries for 3 months... before being reunited forever in this bottle, with a small addition of an Ontarian Pinot Noir with marked acidity. This a delicious beer with a lovely fruitiness and refreshing freshness. And what about this vinous finish... Very nice!
