Traditionally sold to big Cava makers of the region, Ramón Jané’s production has been fragmented since he took the lead of this Catalan estate. Since 2006, a portion of the organically-grown harvest is produced on site and allows Jané to craft authentic and flavourful wines like this Xarel-lo white aged seven months on lees. Both refreshing and suave, it also pleases with its mineral touch that evokes celery salt. Divine with fish tacos or seafood.
