    On the French border, the magnificent Aosta Valley is one of the least known regions of the peninsula. The Grosjean family organically cultivates plots where local and international grape varieties mingle. Fresh and mountainous, it is perfectly suited to Pinot Noir, expressed here through accents of cherry, flowers, sweet spices and pepper. Irresistible alongside chicken cacciatore or eggplant parmigiana.
