Detailed info
" The 2018 Dhroner Hofberg Riesling Auslese was picked at 97° and 98° Oechsle between middle and late October and then fermented in stainless steel. The wine is coolish, flinty, still reductive but precise and sexy, with a concentrated, dense and pretty sweetish palate with good grip and salty piquancy. A promising 2018 that needs 10 years to gain finesse and more talents."
