This magnificent Sauvignon from the Loire Valley is the product of a very small appellation that owes its name to the famous Château de Chenonceaux. Named after its terroir of origin, this white will seduce you with its citrus, candied lemon, coriander, olive oil and honey accents. Dense, round and well-balanced, it is a superb wine for meals with fatty fish, seafood or fish in cream sauce as well as goat cheese.
