After having been the disciple of Marcel Richaud, perfectionist and lover of vines and nature, Élodie Balme takes over the family vines until then sold to the local coop. We fell in love with the elegance and purity of this flawless and extremely effective Rhone blend! Native yeasts, gentle filtration and few sulphites added during bottling. A delight served lightly chilled with a duck confit salad.
