While the reputation of the Sancerre appellation in Loire is well established, we should not neglect that of Menetou-Salon, its neighbor. This cuvée from a family estate perfectly demonstrates its potential, echoing all that the Sauvignon Blanc grape can deliver when the planets are aligned. A lively attack, an expressive aromatic palette with notes of citrus, fresh herbs and honey flowers, a savoury finish expressing a subtle note of limestone. Will beautifully highlight a shrimp ceviche or fresh goat cheese.
