Distillerie Mitis is proud to offer a rum that is fully fermented, distilled and aged in barrels at the gates of Gaspésie. Fermented at low temperature to accentuate the flavours, distilled twice and aged in oak barrels used to produce bourbon, this spirit is produced without the addition of sugar or colouring.
