At the heart of the Gigondas appellation, Saint Cosme extends its vineyard over some twenty hectares. Cofermentation of syrah, grenache and mourvèdre, this cuvée offers a gourmet and juicy character with its accents of ripe black fruits combined with notes of garrigue, licorice and violet. Bottled without filtration, it retains the depth and poise needed to measure up against a grilled flank steak or entrecôte.
