A blend uniting Frontenac Noir and Marquette, this cuvée also benefited from maturation in barrels and three years of aging before bottling. The result is a deep and subtly spicy wine, with a supple tannic structure. It will be just as interesting with roast beef as with ribs in smoked BBQ sauce.
