Irish Almond
- 30 ml (1 oz.) irish cream
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) citrus liqueur (like blue curaçao)
- 60 ml (2 oz.) milk
- Ice cubes
- Star anise
Combine the Irish cream liqueur, citrus liqueur and milk in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a cognac glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with a star anise.
