- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) vodka
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) citrus liqueur
- 60 ml (2 oz.) blueberry juice
- 60 ml (2 oz.) orange juice
- Ice cubes
- 1 orange wedge

Pour the citrus liqueur and blueberry juice into a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.
Pour the vodka and orange juice into another glass and stir with a mixing spoon.
Slowly pour the contents over the back of the mixing spoon and into the highball glass.
Garnish with the orange wedge.
