- 120 ml (4 oz.) dry gin
- 30 ml (1 oz.) citrus liqueur (like blue curaçao)
- 240 ml (8 oz.) pineapple juice
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 8 ice cubes
- 2 lemon twists
- Serves 2

In a blender

Combine all the ingredients, except for the lemon twists, in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into two martini glasses.
Garnish each glass with a lemon twist.
