Rum Coffee
- 30 ml (1 oz.) irish cream
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) white rum
- Hot espresso coffee
- Sugar
- Whipped cream
- Coffee beans
Rim a toddy glass with water and sugar.
Add the rum and Irish cream liqueur.
Top it up with hot espresso coffee.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Garnish with whipped cream and coffee beans.
