Introduced in Santiago de Cuba in 1872, Matusalem is one of the very few rums made using the Solera method, in which young and older rums are blended multiple times in French oak casks, giving them unique flavour, complexity and velvety smoothness. Sip on its own and enjoy its notes of caramel, banana, wood and vanilla, or blend in cocktails to bring some complexity.
