Cedric Bouchard Roses de Jeanne Brut Blanc de Noirs 2013
On his micro parcels, Cédric Bouchard practices the following philosophy: “one parcel, one varietal, one wine, one vintage”, and all bubbly fans go crazy for his cuvees. Founded in 2000, the estate of little-over one hectare is all about sustainable farming, extremely low yields, well-thought winemaking and minimal production. From Côte-de-Val -Vilaine, a tiny parcel exclusively dedicated to Pinot Noir, Cédric Bouchard produces a Blanc de Noirs where bubbles gather around flavours of ripe apple, marzipan, peach and brioche. This is your chance to purchase a sought-after Cédric Bouchard champagne to pop when the mood strikes or to welcome the New Year.
