30 ml (1 oz.) maple cream
60 ml (2 oz.) water
15 ml (1/2 oz.) milk
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
1 mint leaf
Combine all the ingredients, except for the mint leaf, in a shaker ﬁlled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes using an ice strainer.
Garnish with the mint leaf.
