- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) cognac
- 120 ml (4 oz.) ginger ale
- 60 ml (2 oz.) apple juice
- Ice cubes
- 1 sprig of fresh mint
- 1 lime slice

Combine all the ingredients, except for the mint and lime, in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
