- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) vodka
- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) coconut milk
- 30 ml (1 oz.) pineapple juice
- 30 ml (1 oz.) cane syrup (simple syrup)
- Ice cubes
- 1 pineapple slice
