- 40 ml (1 1/3 oz) vodka
- 20 ml (2/3 oz) extra-dry sherry
- 120 ml (4 oz) apple must, chilled
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 slice cucumber
With a pestle or spoon, lightly crush a sprig of thyme in a shaker.
Add the ice cubes, vodka and sherry.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a glass using an ice strainer.
Top up with the chilled apple juice.
Garnish with the other thyme sprig and the cucumber slice.
