Belgian brewery 3 Fonteinen, from Beersel, specializes in lambic type beers. Blend of one-, two- and three-year old lambics aged in oak casks, this Oude Gueuze unveils a lightly veiled orange-tinged robe. The nose opens on notes of roasting, hay and lemon zest. The moutheel is lively, ample, almost fatty, and confirms the aromatic profile perceived on the nose.
