Ingredients

1 grilled red pepper
16 slices of different types of salami  
16 pitted black Kalamata olives
16 leaves of fresh basil

Directions

  1. Cut the pepper into 16 rectangles. Set aside.
  2. Make an incision in each salami slice, starting at the centre and going out to the edge.
  3. Place a piece of red pepper and a basil leaf on each salami slice.
  4. Put an olive in the centre of each and roll into cones.
  5. Fasten with toothpick.
  6. Serve.
