Born of a viticulture embracing the organic precepts, all efforts are made to create wine with little intervention as possible. Harvest is done at night to preserve fruit freshness, yeasts naturally found on grape skins are put to work, and sulfur dioxide is kept to a bare minimum. This cuvée offers supple tannins and scents of red and black berries, violet and spices. An excellent, versatile summer wine!
