    Steeped in history, Château Hyot hosted a confrontation that ended the Hundred Years War. Bordering the Saint Émilion appellation, the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux appellation welcomes the Merlot that dominates this cuvée, completed by classic Cabernets. The supple palate offers a nice complementarity between notes of fruit and aging. Currant, plum, cedar, coffee and mocha linger persistently.
