Equipped with 20 barrels of Pinot Noir taken from some of the vintage's best grapes, Cono Sur launched its first ultra premium wine back in the mid-nineties. Nowadays, the estate offers wines from 6 different varieties, beautifully showing the versatility of its terroir. A product of the chilly Limari Valley, this Syrah matured in barrels for 17 months. Salty yet fruity and spicy on the palate, it also provides a balanced woody character.
