Between Béziers and Pézenas, lays a spectacular terroir diversity on which span vines from this estate, managed by Marion and Mathieu Vergnes. Carbonic maceration applied to Syrah maximises the fruity expression, later assembled to Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged 24 months in oak casks, the cuvee releases notes of violet, blackberry, lavender and black olive. The Languedoc you know and love!
