Regrouping winemakers harvesting independently in Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes, Domaine Les Grands Bois spans overs 46 hectares divided in a mosaic of parcels and terroirs. Benefiting from little precipitations, a recovering wind called Mistral and plenty of sunshine, the Cuvée Marc evokes flavours of licorice, currant, cassis, humid dirt and toast. This is a Mediterranean-inspired wine that will pair well with anything beef on the BBQ.
