After a decanting, this dense, colourful and concentrated Dolcetto unveils a palate with fruity, licorice and floral notes. The harvest was made on vines grown near Monforte d'Alba and the wine didn't age in oak barrels. A beefed-up version of the variety that will pair very well with flank steak!
