Nicoletta Bocca achieved a true tour de force at this property since it was bought back in 1992. Located north of the Langhe Monregalesi, the Dogliani production area is set apart from the other Dolcettos of the appellation by its quality, to the point of being ranked DOCG (where the “g” stands for guarantee). Produced solely in stainless steel tanks, to Nicoletta Bocca Valdibà, this cuvee is Dolcetto in its purest form. Raspberry, violet, spices, pepper and humid dirt set the tone for a tight tannic structure that solidifies the ensemble.
