Montes Alpha Cabernet Sauvignon 2013
Viña Montes was co- founded in 1987 by oenologist Aurelio Montes, twice crowned Winemaker of the Year by Wine Spectator. His 1987 Cabernet Sauvignon was the first high-end Chilean wine and became a legend. Assembled with a touch of Merlot, the 2011 cuvee is aged 12 months in casks and delivers fleshy tannins and a welcomed freshness. The nose is marked by notes of cassis, spices, eucalyptus and torrefaction. A fine partner for your choice of grilled red meat.
