On the high altitudes of the appellation, Monastrell vines were planted in 1967 and follow the general principles of organic agriculture. The mouth is marked by a pleasing freshness followed by a gain in strength and notes of raisins, vanilla, cassis jam and torrefaction. An aromatic wine that will stand up beautifully to tasty ribs!
