One of the Cheverny appellation’s best kept secrets, located north-east of Touraine in Loire, this estate beautifully combines the characteristics of the Gamay, Pinot Noir and Malbec varietals. The mouth is delicious and the ensemble, easy-drinking and fresh. This will surely be a hit with a beef tartare topped with parmesan shavings and arugula sprouts.
