Domaine Olivier Le Temps des C (e) rises 2014
Antoine Olivier is a famous Côte de Beaune producer with a brilliant reputation for the success of Santenay wines, in red and white. This cuvee is made with Pinot Noir from different parcels, aged 30 years on average. The grapes were 80% stripped and barrel-aged in French oak (20% new). The result is a seductive and aromatic red with an appealing name to boot.
