Les Marches de Cayx Cahors 2014
The exception that proves the rule? Contrary to many Cahors loved for their density and marked tannins, this one, which undergoes no cask aging, it set apart by lovely suppleness as well as a mouth featuring dominant fruity and floral notes. It comes from a 21-hectare estate which dates back to the 15th century, located at the top of the Cayx hamlet, at the heart of the Cahors.
