Vineyard located south of Sancerre, Clos du Pressoir is a four-hectare monopoly, almost half of which is destined to this Pinot Noir production. Combining fruity and mineral notes, the mouth offers nice concentration and tannins that will be polished with some carafe time. Serve with a pork loin with Brie cheese and sundried tomatoes.
