Côtes Rocheuses is one of the leading wines produced by the ‘’Union des producteurs de Saint-Émilion’’, in business for over 80 years. Made up of 80% Merlot and the rest Cabernet Franc, it is, in a way the archetypal modern Saint-Émilion.
