    This estate unites the properties of the Taupenot family (Saint-Romain and Auxey-Duresses) and the Merme family (côte de Nuits). For a decade, brother and sister Romain et Virginie, seventh generation winemakers, run the show. Their Aligoté is delicate and refreshing with its aromas of green apple, lemon, linden and subtle herbal notes.
