The proximity of the vineyard to False Bay insures natural coolness during the hot summer months thanks to fresh breezes that flow through the land. No less than four visits to the vines are required to harvest only the healthy and mature grapes. Aged 11 months on lees, this white is graced with flavours of green apple, peach stone, honey and flowers. Nice exuberance and best when served with Asian dishes.
