The mouth is marked by the same flavours, carried by a fresh acidity, with notes of dried fruits and buckwheat honey. To try with an open mind if you're not familiar with the style, but so cool. A wine with a bit of bang. A match like no other for maple poultry, chicken with curry or morels, and simply stunning with Comté cheese."
