Domaine du Collier Saumur 2012
Antoine, son of the late Jean-Louis Foucault of Clos Rougeard, is in the process of making his Domaine du Collier the new point of reference for Saumur. Since 1999, he has produced fantastic wines from some of the best reputed terroirs in Brézé with the help of his partner Caroline Boireau.
“Perfumed and floral, the 2012 white offers notes of lilac and gorse. Superb, unhindered and dense in body, this wine has a precocious profile.” – Translated from Les meilleurs vins de France 2016, La Revue du vin de France
