The name of this cuvée refers to the dream come true of Guillaume Gonnet. Settled in Châteauneuf-du-Pape since 2006 after being involved in viticulture in other countries, notably in Australia, he decided to enhance Rhône varieties by infusing them with a little something of his earlier experiences. A rising star in the region, Guillaume doesn’t intervene much in the vines. Scents of peach and citrus mingle with notes of honey and garrigue, in a full and very smooth mouth. Great with a salmon fillet.
