A true reference in Haut-Adige, a norther Italian wine region greatly influenced by its Austrian neighbour, Cantina Terlano, or Kellerei Terlan in German, is a co-op cellar dating back to 1893. By far the driving force of South Tyrol, it is specialised in high-end white wines, totally 70% of its production. Made from a base of Pinot Blanc, this cuvee combines a vibrant acidity to notes of lime, pear, honeydew and a lightly saline finish.
