For five generations, the Delaunays have been one of Touraine's unavoidable families. The accessibility to harvests of winegrower friends in the region allowed them to set up Le Grand Ballon range, a flourishing trading activity. Aged on fine lees, the Chardonnay of the range releases beautiful notes of citrus, white fruits and flowers. A perfect white for a smoked salmon bagel or homemade macaroni and cheese.
